OUR LEGACY

Chronos
for Impact.

A yearly initiative where we take on 3 university students, run them through our full syllabus for 3 weeks, then walk alongside them for 9 more weeks of accountability, bringing the programme to 12 weeks.

Giving back through time mastery.

Chronos for Impact is our annual commitment to giving back. Each year, we select 3 university students and walk them through the full Maximising Chronos experience, completely free.

For 3 weeks, participants go through our complete syllabus. For the following 9 weeks, we stay close with weekly check-ins and accountability. Twelve weeks in total.

It is our way of giving back. Most of the students we have worked with leave with habits they actually keep, not just through finals, but in the years that follow.

What participants say.

The tasks helped me arrange the rough wires in my head. I had been feeling so overwhelmed and by writing everything, I got to see the steps I needed to take to complete a project. It helped me see that my projects were achievable.

Every class and check-in call challenged me to be intentional with my time and the opportunities placed in my hands. Time is something to steward. It reminded me of the Parable of the Talents in the Bible: what we are given is meant to be developed, multiplied, and used purposefully, not buried.

The three values our coach, Precious Okon, made sure to always ring in our ears were Integrity, Discipline and Resilience. My favourite one of the three is Integrity, it is as simple as keeping to your word when you say you'll call someone back. Stewardship starts in the small things.

I'm grateful for the growth, the alignment, and the reminder that faithfulness with time can truly change a story. Thank you, Precious Okon, and the entire Maximising Chronos team, for the structure, accountability, and guidance throughout this journey.

Evidence

The tasks made me realise what I needed to do better, and brought about more clarity for me.

Mary Iheanacho

I moved from being confused, overwhelmed and frustrated to being in control of the situation. And no, the situation didn't change, I DID and I'm still changing, I'm not there yet but I'm not where I used to be.

I learnt that it was okay, in fact, very important to say NO to some things and requests. I used to be the Deputy Saviour of the whole world.

Felix Demikir

I realized that small daily habits and focused work sessions matter more than long hours without structure.

Somtochukwu Sabastine

I learnt to prioritise the projects or tasks that were essential and needed at the moment before looking forward to the ones I could do in the future.
