These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Maximising Chronos website, products, services and digital platforms. By accessing our website or purchasing any of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Maximising Chronos provides educational products, coaching, workshops and digital tools designed to help individuals and organisations build sustainable productivity systems. Our services may include:

Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
- Any information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.
- You will use our services only for lawful purposes.
If you purchase a service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
Payments
- All prices are displayed in the applicable currency shown at checkout.
- Payment must be completed before access is granted to any paid service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Subscription-based services renew automatically until cancelled through the relevant payment platform.
- Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or removal of access.
Cancellations and refunds
Our refund policy varies depending on the type of service purchased.
Coaching, workshops and live programmes
- Bookings cancelled at least seven (7) days before the programme begins may be eligible for a partial refund where stated on the product page.
- Once a programme has started, fees are generally non-refundable.
- Missed sessions are not refundable.
Digital products
- Because digital products are delivered immediately, purchases of downloadable resources, templates and digital content are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time to prevent future renewals.
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
Where a specific service has its own refund policy, that policy will take precedence.
User responsibilities
When participating in our programmes or communities, you agree to:
- Treat other participants respectfully.
- Refrain from abusive, discriminatory or disruptive behaviour.
- Not share confidential information belonging to other members.
- Use our services only for their intended purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where these expectations are not met.
Intellectual property
All course materials, presentations, templates, videos, worksheets, graphics, branding, software and other content provided by Maximising Chronos remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. You may use these materials for your personal or internal organisational use only.
You may not:
- Reproduce or redistribute our materials.
- Sell or licence our content.
- Modify and republish our resources without written permission.
Community standards
Some of our services include access to online communities and discussion spaces. We want these spaces to remain encouraging, respectful and growth-focused.
We reserve the right to remove content or revoke community access where behaviour is harmful, abusive, misleading or disruptive.
Disclaimer
Our services are educational and coaching services designed to help individuals and organisations improve productivity and execution. While we provide practical frameworks, strategies and accountability, we do not guarantee specific personal, academic, professional or financial outcomes.
Nothing provided through Maximising Chronos constitutes legal, financial, medical or psychological advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maximising Chronos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products or services.
Our total liability relating to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to that claim.
Privacy
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
